In March 2020, we were due to film at the largest adviser conference event in South Africa.

However, Covid-19 restrictions meant the conference was cancelled with 2 days’ notice, and 1,500 delegates were told to stay away.

Working with the conference organiser:

• • We filmed all of the conference speakers (no audience), some in Cape Town and some via Zoom.
• • In total, we created 42 videos.
• • We created the ‘Investment Forum’ channel on Asset TV, with viewing to conference delegates only.
• • Mailed a dedicated link, with access to the video content.
• • Viewing details were then shared with the sponsors.

Results:

75% of the delegates (due to attend the physical conference) watched videos on the virtual conference site. Each delegate watched an average of 11.3 sessions … and they are still returning to watch more!
